Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager Client is seeking a strategic and experienced Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the data product strategy for our Revenue Cycle. You'll work closely with product directors, managers, and leadership to manage the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept and requirements gathering to implementation and release. Responsibilities include: Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle, ensuring alignment with Ascension's business goals. Product Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, including road mapping, requirements, and feature prioritization. Collaboration: Partner with architecture, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to foster empowered product teams and enable go-to-market strategies. Data-Driven Decisions: Use user research, metrics, and KPIs to inform product strategy and measure success. Mentorship: Guide and mentor Product Owners and their teams. Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends to inform future product direction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in data products, a deep understanding of the revenue cycle, and a proven ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams. Qualifications: Required: Expert knowledge in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance. Technical Skills: Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, GCP, Snowflake), building enterprise data warehouses, and leading technology transformation projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Preferred: Experience with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner), knowledge of HL7/FHIR, and 2+ years of people management experience.
